Our President and CEO Danielle is a proven leader and innovator, delivering a variety of valuable and client-focused services. She has background in problem solving, administration, training, and the sciences. Her team has years of program management and technical experience, including active Professional Engineering registration. This combination of experience means that we consistently deliver organized projects that are on-time and under budget.

Matt Lepinski, P.E.

Matt Lepinski, P.E., is a highly respected industry professional with more than 20 years of leadership and technical expertise across engineering, project management, water resources, geospatial analysis, and innovation. He excels in fostering collaboration and clear communication, consistently leading teams to solve complex challenges. With a proven ability to integrate diverse disciplines and break down organizational silos, Matt ensures the successful delivery of multidisciplinary projects. He holds advanced degrees in Civil Engineering, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and Intelligence, and is a licensed Texas Professional Engineer.
